DESIGN STUDIO

Every silhouette originates from a hand-sculpted wooden mold created by master carvers in Lombardy. Hardware is lost-wax cast in solid brass before being hand-buffed and double-plated in palladium.

“We strip away ornament until only pure architectural silhouette remains — function elevated to permanence.”

2026 ARCHITECTURAL LINE — VOLUME IV

A curated exploration of form, material, and structural discipline. Each collection represents a dialogue between architectural rigor and artisanal craftsmanship.

Collection 1
SPRING / SUMMER 2026

THE SCARLET FRAME

Inspired by brutalist architectural structures in Milan. Constructed with rigid geometrical top-handles and supple vegetable-tanned calfskin body. The scarlet hue references the oxidized iron found in post-war industrial architecture.

This collection explores the tension between rigid and fluid — the top-handle maintains its architectural geometry while the body softens with use, developing a unique patina over time.

Designer Inspiration: Fondazione Prada Architectural Lines

Materials: Crimson Tuscan Calfskin & Palladium Brass

Dimensions: 32 x 24 x 14 cm

Collection 2
PERMANENT EDITION

THE IVORY FOLD

A study in leather folding techniques derived from Japanese origami principles. Zero visible exterior seams, relying entirely on internal leather tension folds to create the structure.

The ivory nappa leather is hand-selected for its suppleness, allowing the folds to hold their form while remaining soft to the touch. Each piece requires 18 hours of hand-finishing.

Designer Inspiration: Minimalist Paper Sculptures

Materials: Ivory Nappa Leather & Suede Lining

Dimensions: 28 x 20 x 12 cm

Collection 3
AUTUMN / WINTER 2026

MODERN GEOMETRY

Sharp asymmetrical angles crafted to sit in total equilibrium. A balance of rigid structural side panels and an inviting velvet-soft interior. The graphites and charcoal tones echo the brutalism of urban architecture.

The brushed gold hardware provides a subtle warmth against the cool grain leather, creating a visual tension that defines the collection's character. Each piece is individually numbered.

Designer Inspiration: Modernist Sculptural Monoliths

Materials: Graphite Grain Leather & Brushed Gold Hardware

Dimensions: 34 x 26 x 15 cm

Collection 4
CAPSULE COLLECTION

THE OBSIDIAN CUBE

A limited-edition capsule exploring the interplay between shadow and reflection. The black patent leather is paired with faceted hardware, creating a surface that captures and refracts light like volcanic glass.

Available in an edition of 100 pieces, each bag is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity. The interior features a custom-printed silk lining inspired by Japanese indigo dye patterns.

Designer Inspiration: Obsidian & Volcanic Glass

Materials: Black Patent Leather & Faceted Silver Hardware

Dimensions: 30 x 22 x 13 cm

Collection 5
RESORT 2026

THE SAND DRIFT

Inspired by the organic forms of desert landscapes, this collection features soft, unstructured silhouettes in warm sand and terracotta tones. The leather is lightly textured to mimic the surface of wind-blown sand.

The relaxed structure makes these pieces ideal for travel, offering generous interior space while maintaining an elegant, effortless presence. Each piece is hand-painted with subtle gradient finishes.

Designer Inspiration: Desert Landscapes & Sand Dunes

Materials: Sand-Toned Grained Leather & Brass Hardware

Dimensions: 36 x 28 x 16 cm

The Scarlet Frame was conceived in Milan to explore how light interacts with flat leather planes versus curved structural seams. The hand-painted red edges create a continuous line that frames the silhouette from every angle.

STYLING INSPIRATION

Pair with sharp monochrome tailoring, oversized woolen coats, or sleek evening silhouettes. The structure brings a refined anchor to flowing, organic fabrics. Its architectural lines complement both minimal and maximalist wardrobes.

DESIGNER NOTES

The Ivory Fold embodies the philosophy of structural simplicity. Drawing from Japanese origami traditions, this piece achieves its form through internal tension rather than external stitching. The result is a seamless silhouette that appears to have emerged from a single piece of leather.

STYLING INSPIRATION

The purity of the Ivory Fold makes it a versatile companion. Wear it with crisp white linen for a summer soiree, or juxtapose against dark, textured layers for a striking contrast. Its understated elegance speaks volumes.

THE MILAN ATELIER

WHERE ARTISTRY MEETS STRUCTURAL RIGOR

Located on Via Montenapoleone, our workshop brings together third-generation leather artisans, sculptors, and metal craftsmen to create objects that exist at the intersection of fashion and fine art.

Leather Cutting

01. LEATHER CUTTING

Hides are hand-inspected under specialized daylight lamps to map natural grain variations before individual pattern pieces are cut by hand.

Hand Stitching

02. HAND STITCHING

Artisans utilize double-hand saddle stitching with waxed linen thread, ensuring that each structural seam can withstand decades of wear.

Metal Polishing

03. METAL POLISHING

Solid brass hardware elements are hand-ground, diamond-polished, and treated with protective coatings to prevent tarnishing.

Quality Inspection

04. QUALITY INSPECTION

Each completed piece undergoes a 48-point quality audit covering seam integrity, edge smoothness, and balance before being signed and cataloged.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

PERMANENCE, ARCHITECTURE, CRAFT

FOUNDED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF COLLECTIBLE ART

allgreathandbags was established in Milan to challenge the conventional dynamic of fashion retail. We reject industrial mass production, seasonal obsolescence, and rapid discounting. Instead, we view each creation as an architectural object designed to be presented, collected, and treasured across generations.

SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH LONGEVITY

True sustainability lies in creating items that never need to be replaced. By utilizing vegetable-tanned leathers and repairable hand-stitched construction, our pieces outlast synthetic alternatives by decades.

ARTISANAL PRESERVATION

We actively support apprentice programs in Tuscany and Lombardy, ensuring centuries-old Italian leatherworking arts continue to thrive in the modern era.
